Do I need to sign up for seminars in advance?

Nope, you will have the option of choosing the day of the conference. You may even switch between seminars during the dual-track seminar sessions.

Why should I attend a pre-conference "Making the Most of SWActorsConX" training?

You will want to make the most of your time before, at, and after the Southwest Actors Conference & Expo. This free training will share tips and best practices about how to do this.

What happens if I have to cancel?

What’s appropriate attire for the summit?

Dress to impress - business casual/professional attire is recommended.

What do I need to bring with me to check-in?

Just you and your ID! A ready-to-learn-and-have-fun attitude will also come in handy.

What is the age requirement for the Southwest Actors Conference & Expo?

This is an adult-only conference so the minimum age is 18-years-old.

What food will be provided at the Southwest Actors Conference & Expo? 

Meals are not provided at this event with ticket purchase. Meals will be on your own at the hotel or surrounding area. If you have a VIP ticket, lunch will be provided.
